Almost forgot to share- here’s my pen & ink study from drawing class last week, of Vincent Van Gogh’s “Sand Barges”. I had a lot of fun with it. Ink is intimidating at first, but it’s actually surprisingly malleable- I think I drew the boats in the middle four or five times on that sheet of paper, and you can’t even tell.
